Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note for any unused goods within 14 days from purchase, provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging together with proof of purchase.
For home deliveries, goods should be inspected on receipt and any issues reported to the driver. If any issues arise after the driver has left, please return the item to the store or contact us directly on 01324 553152 if you can't return the item to store. Please note, uplifts may be chargeable if not brought to the driver’s attention at the point of delivery.
If returning an online order to store please bring with you your order confirmation.
Unused goods returned in their original packaging without a receipt within the 14-day period will only be offered a credit note or exchange if proof of purchase can be established by Torwood Garden Centre.

We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note after the 14-day period.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns of Earrings, Toiletries, Foods or Special Customer Orders unless they are found to be faulty.

Our policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
