Terms & Conditions
Local Deliveries – We deliver to addresses within 15 miles of our centre. Local delivery charges apply and will be applied at checkout. The garden centre will be in touch by phone to advise of delivery date. Deliveries will normally be made within 3 to 5 working days.
Non-Local Deliveries - If you live out of our local area, please call the garden centre on 01324 553152 for a personalised quote.
Click & Collect - We will be in touch by email to confirm your collection date and time.
Gift Cards and Vouchers – These can be sent anywhere within the UK for £3 using Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. During the peak Christmas period delivery may be delayed and we advise that orders for Christmas are placed in good time. Please note, orders are processed Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays. We can deliver to anywhere in the UK including the Scottish Isles and Channel Islands. Royal Mail do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
A limited delivery service will be in operation in the week immediately after Christmas.
If you have made an error, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference number. We will do our utmost to try and make any necessary changes.
Our gift cards are valid for 36 months from date of purchase. They can only be redeemed at Torwood Garden Centre for the full or part payment of goods. If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued. You must phone us immediately (not email) should you wish to cancel.
Our Gift Cards can be purchased worth any amount from £5. The gift card can be used as many times as you like providing there is a balance available. The gift card balance can be checked at any time within store at the tills or by calling our centre on 01324 553152.
Refunds & Cancellations
Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned or refunded or be exchanged wholly or partly for cash.
Please review your delivery carefully on receipt, and before the driver leaves.
If you have any issues or anything is not as you expected please inform the driver who will try to resolve the issue. After the driver has left, you will be subject to our standard returns policy Click Here and any further uplift of items may be chargeable.
This does not affect your statutory rights
Loyalty points will be added after delivery if the correct details are given at the payment stage. Please note, we cannot accept Reward Card cheques or vouchers as payment online.
Only card payments can be accepted by our online store, we regret that we are unable to accept payment by vouchers or gift cards. To arrange a delivery using another payment method, please contact the centre on 01324 553152
