DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We can deliver to a radius of around 15 miles from our centre and aim to arrange delivery within an estimated 3-5 working days*. Our typical delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday between 9.30am and 3pm. (*Please be aware due to demand and seasonal variations these are subject to change.)
We will contact you by phone, prior to your order being dispatched. If we cannot contact you then your delivery may be delayed. If you are not going to be home when we deliver, please provide instructions in the note section of the shopping cart.
If we are unable to complete the delivery in a safe and secure manner then we will return the item to the garden centre and contact you to rearrange delivery. This may be chargeable.
If you have a problem with your order or your items are damaged or faulty, please see our returns policy and contact us directly.
All home deliveries will follow correct Government health advice for staff and customers, due to Covid-19 guidelines.
CLICK & COLLECT POLICY
You can now order online and collect your items in-store seven days a week. There is no charge for this service. You will be contacted via email to inform you that your order is ready for collection, orders placed before midnight will usually be ready next day*. (*Please be aware due to demand and seasonal variations this is subject to change.)
Please wait for email confirmation before collecting your order. Please bring your order confirmation email with you and a proof of identity, when you have received confirmation that your order is ready to collect.
